CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS FOR EVENTS / WEDDINGS

1. To confirm your booking Flaming June Catering requires a signed copy of Terms and Conditions along with a non refundable deposit of 10%. all bookings are provisional until the contract is signed on behalf of Flaming June and dated. The booking will be confirmed upon reciept of a non-refunable deposit and signed contract, once the contract is signed on behalf of Flaming June Catering, a copy will be returned to the client as confirmation of booking.
2. Discussions between client and the events team shall specify the anticipated number of guests for the event.
3. For events, the client must inform Flaming June Catering of the number of guests it wish to be catered for 4 weeks before the event.
4. The final number will override the anticipated number specified at the time of the contract signing, but will not affect the minimum number required

NOTICE

For Dinner Parties and Events / Weddings the Client must inform Flaming June Catering the number of guests it wishes to be catered for at least 4 WEEKS before the event

PAYMENTS

Payments for Dinner Parties and Events / Weddings is due within 7 days of the reciept of the invoice or 4 weeks before the event. Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (UK) All payments are non-refundable. Payment schedules can be agreed at the discretion of Flaming June Catering

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

If the client cancels a cancellation fee will be charged. This cancellation fee will be a percentage of the charges payable and according to the number of clear days. If the event is cancelled within 29 working days before the event, Flaming June Catering is entitled to charge the full amount
